Charming and lovingly restored farmhouse in the countryside of Franconia. Built in 1581, the Kirchenstraße (Churches Street) Haus stands with tranquility over 430 years later. It's seated next door to St. Bartholomew's Church, where the bells chime harmoniously on the 1/4 hour. Oberdachstetten is a village of 1600 with a train stop, and close proximity to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nürnberg. The home has 5 bedrooms, for 13-9 Adults/4 kids + ultimate amenities for your respite in Germany.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

A separate apartment about 100 m² with eight sleeping options in two bedrooms (from 4 guests) and two sleeping options on a sofa in the anteroom and one sleeping option on the couch in the living room in a new semi-detached house. Two shower options (without bathtub), two toilets (for 4 + guests). 148 cm flat-screen TV. If necessary, air conditioning in the living room for an extra charge of €10 per day. Billiards €3 per hour. Sauna (enter at your own risk) costs €12 per hour.

In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Fantastic hiking and cycling tours await right outside the front door as well as numerous attractions and excursions in the Altmühltal Nature Park.

Sunflower vacation home for 2-5 people

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home. The courtyard may be used for barbecues, sitting together and lingering. We are located in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, farm shop), as well as in the surrounding villages and towns such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.

The cozy apartment in a very central location in Gunzenhausen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. In just 5 minutes, you can be in the city center at the market square. So many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The closest supermarket is also just a few minutes away by bike. Lake Altmühlsee can also be reached in just 5-10 minutes by bike. Bicycles can be rented. Just ask.
