Helmut and Marianne are one of the few people who welcome you so warmly. We've been beyond thrilled. The apartment is a dream just like in the pictures. A thousand times more beautiful in real life!! Very large rooms and a fabulous view. I highly recommend this apartment. We will be happy to come back!!

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)

Perfect in every way! Beautiful city, right on the river just across the bridge from the old Town. The space was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet, but close to the action.

Daniel's father was very accommodating, including the children. He spontaneously built a small playground in the garden with slide, swing, seesaw, bobby car, scooter, tricycle. That was very nice! The garden is bordered by and is also good for young children to play. No unnecessary frills, they can move freely. In the paved courtyard and on the street (cul-de-sac), children can also stay safely.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. We really would have loved to stay longer, but when we come back to Munich we know where we want to stay. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Best regards,

This apartment was clean and spacious. It has beautiful views of Augsburg from the windows and balcony. There is also a grocery market right down the street. I was worried that I might have trouble sleeping when I saw the train tracks right next to the apartment. Fortunately, the trains just helped to lull us to sleep. Do be aware that although the apartment allows four people, the third and fourth person have to sleep on a really small and uncomfortable futon or a very short chair bed.

We enjoyed the loving restoration with the indirect lighting, especially in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable. Additional praise for the Moccamaster coffee machine, which conjured up an excellent aroma of coffee.

Very nice apartment with luxurious amenities (sauna, hot tub,...). Had a lovely and relaxing stay.
