Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich. Contemporary apartment on the Jagst in a quiet location

The building is located between the Jagst and the Jagst Valley Cycling Trail. The apartment is in the attic and is about 90 square meters. It is fully furnished. Bedroom 1 has a single bed and a double bed (160 cm), which is on a gallery and can be reached via a small staircase. Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING that makes for a pleasant stay.

The lovingly furnished apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is a non-smoking residence. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the historic old town. Many sights or excursion destinations in and around Rothenburg can be found in the information folder that is available in our holiday apartment. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise.
