The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

A great stay, everything was clean and if you need a break and a lot of peace then you are right here. The view from my balcony was simply fabulous, I could look directly at the mountains! For my dog it was also a paradise as the area had such great hiking trails! As soon as you had a question, I got an answer in no time! It was worth the money! Thank you so much I will be back!!

I was there with my partner and we thought it was incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practical. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, like a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the existing kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother you. The communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

Great apartment with wonderful mountain views. We liked using the sauna and steam room in the basement. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker would have been great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed via Airbnb and will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we’re in this region.

We felt very comfortable at Hannes and Martina's place. Check-in went smoothly, we received all the necessary information in advance. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated and really had everything you need. The kitchen was equipped with everything. We even got extra vinegar and oil. We also received many tips for the area. The accommodation can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the center and the train station. A parking space for the car was also right outside the door. We would definitely stay there again.

Katherina was an outstanding host! The place was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying with her, and I’d definitely come back if I visit the city again. Thank you.

It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real home away from home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly support of the hostess and the loving details to welcome us or in the furnishings. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the great stay.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

The apartment is home from home in an outstanding location. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony taking in the views of the mountains is a must. We were let into the apartment by Anni, Lisa’s Mum, who explained everything and was very helpful. We were delayed arriving so late checking in and this was not a problem. We would highly recommend the property.

Mathias's home provided a wonderful home base for my wife and I as we explored the Tyrol region. The location is fantastic for hopping into Seefeld, Innsbruck, or other neighboring towns and hiking trails. There are close by groceries stores where we took advantage of the kitchen to make our meals. We loved lounging on the couch with the breathtaking picture window open and admiring the valley below as we were soothed by the sound of peaceful birds. The view is unmatched in the area! The hosts were kind, helpful, and very responsive. We would love to visit again some day. It was a truly relaxing stay. Paradise. Thank you!!

It is a perfect small apartment with all facility.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely deliver what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful vacation apartments we have ever stayed in: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We highly recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We have come back here because we liked the first time very much. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to ensure a comfortable stay. In the beautiful surroundings, there is also plenty to do and see.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

I liked it very much, great starting point for ski tours/hiking, very quiet, good Wi-Fi for working, 10 minutes' walk to the supermarket.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but 15 minutes by car to Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
