Our stay here exceeded expectations. The house has everything you need and then some. There are small touches that made a huge impact, like having lots charging stations set up throughout the house and the launch ramp for the kayaks. You have everything you need to have a memorable getaway. We saw several manatee and the afternoons in the water was wonderful.

The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

We found this to be a top notch rental. The kitchen and living space were spotless and perfect for our needs. The home is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The kayaks, paddles and life vests were very nice. We spent several hours each morning and evening on the river --kayaking to the state park and the gulf. We were thrilled with manatee and dolphin encounters and did lots of bird watching. Afternoons were spent on the screened porch and the decks by the water. We wanted to explore the area but never wanted to leave this house. Maybe we'll see more of the area next time. Thanks for a magnificent home in a beautiful location.

Lori’s house was perfection! From the decor, to the comfy beds, to having the house stocked with every single thing we may have needed, Lori has created an amazing getaway. She was so responsive when we had questions and truly seems to enjoy hosting. On our second night, we locked ourselves out of the house. (Watch that back door lock!!!) Lori drove 45 min to come to our rescue and handled the situation in the kindest most professional way, even though it was late at night. The bonus was getting to sit and chat with Lori and her sweet dog around the fire while we waited for the locksmith. This place is a gem!!!

We have stayed multiple times at Joann’s and it never disappoints. Clean, close to nature and oh so comfortable.

It was a super clean house. She was an amazing host. So nice and flexible. The pool was heated and so relaxing. They allowed me to move some of the external security cameras, so I could have privacy in the backyard. I had an amazing vacation.

Sandra’s house was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we were looking for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the space is cared for with love. The location was great, and everything worked flawlessly. Sandra was also an amazing host — kind, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy for us. We truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in Angela and Trevor's home. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sunroom and pool, which has a refreshing waterfall. We also appreciated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be booking it again if it’s available on our next trip to the area. We really like that this pool has a deep end too. The game room was really fun and the neighborhood was super safe and quiet yet close to the highway, shopping and local attractions. The host was wonderful to communicate with & was super proactive. We highly recommend this rental experience.

Kelly’s home was exactly what we needed for our Mother/Daughter Retreat weekend. Home was clean, spacious and in a great location. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our party. Plenty of space for us to spread out or play games together. We saw manatees right off the dock. We used the kayaks and it was a quick paddle to the main river. Beautiful crystal clear water. It was a fun, relaxing weekend. We would stay here again.

This home was so perfect for small or big groups. All the equipment and boats were well maintained. You will find everything needed for river exploring right at home. Beautiful view. Friendly proactive hosts. I would book here again.

Communication from beginning to end was amazing! The house was immaculately clean and just as described. Nestled on the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood, the property is on a beautiful deep water canal, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Jump off the dock and take a swim, or take a water adventure. There were several kyaks and a paddle board to explore the waters. We saw many manatee , which was amazing! If you like to paddle, this is the spot! We paddled to the salt springs and enjoyed the clear water. From beginning to end, great experience, great host, great location. If your looking for a family adventure, don't hesitate to book! We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

This is our 2nd visit and it's by far the best place to stay. Easy access to the main river and it's just a great house for all kinds of visits. Lori is a great host!

Orit was so accommodating and friendly. She even went out of her way to install a tv in the bedroom for us. The place was super clean with everything you would need. The whole house is very spacious and comfortable like home. The linens were clean, comfortable and not old and dingy. I would definitely come back to this airbnb any day. Highly recommend

Amazing location. Beautiful home. Perfect kayak location to main river. No direct neighbors on either side . Dolphins arrived one morning to say hello . It truely is a magical place. Thank you 10/10 definitely will return.

The house was beautiful and had great access to the canal with a short paddle to the river. The host had great recommendations in the binder provided and check in/out instructions were very clear. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The dock was beautiful and had plenty of seating for us to enjoy nature. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back!

Tabitha's place was as described. It has easy access to Weeki Wachee river. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We took our daughters and close friends as a graduation gift and they had a great time. I recommend it. It feels like home.
