Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We absolutely had the best time on our stay! The home fit our family perfectly, everything was so nice and organized. I was very impressed by all of the extra items she had such as pool toys, sand toys for the beach, lots of extra bedding and towels. Honestly our stay could not have went any smoother. We had family very close by as well so that was amazing. Location was also convenient as we are very familiar with new port richey. 100% we will be back again!

Extremely well equipped villa in a central location with a beautiful pool area which was lovely and private. Michelle and Evan were extremely accommodating and were only a message away if we needed anything. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to others.

The house was very clean and tidy. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Host was friendly and responded to communications swiftly. Lots of lovely beaches and other attractions near by.

This is a great space for a family or several couples. There is a well stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a lovely shaded patio. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and it is a very quick trip to downtown Tampa. Karina thought of everything!

Nice quiet canal, very close to the hospital hole if that’s the area you are in search of. We like kayaking on the quieter private canals, and it’s also very close for that. Beautiful top deck, wrap around enclosed porch - another enclosed area right on top of the water to keep the bugs away while you enjoy company. We had an unexpected one hour lightning and thunder show, we enjoyed it comfortably from that space. Easy launch for kayaks. The host was so kind to leave snacks, water, full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which seems simple, but we have not been lucky enough to find in other places we’ve rented.

We had the perfect week away at this amazing house. Chris was nothing short of amazing and quickly responded to us with all questions or concerns.

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

Thank you for a welcoming place to rest for a few days. There was a lot to do, including kayaking and games. We appreciated the little things like having ice in the freezer and a spare fan! The beds were comfortable. This is one of our favorite places to catch some rest and relaxation. We had a front row seat to observe the wildlife and it didn’t disappoint! We will gladly return for future adventures! Thank you!!!

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink House in Dunedin. The house was clean, well maintained and had a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Location was great, just blocks from downtown with tons of restaurants and breweries to choose Erin Erin was a great host. She was proactive sharing information about the property and check-in. This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

The home was very clean and had a very comfortable "at home" feeling when you walked in. very organized. The games they had were so fun! kids loved the spring in the back. so peaceful. would def recommend to others! host is very responsive and helpful!

Marni is a Super Host! Very responsive and helpful. You can tell the home is extremely well kept and has all the amenities you need. This is our favorite place in Homosassa to stay and working with Marni is incredible. Any issue she has been on it and takes great care of the guest! Love the house and boat access and the ice maker at the dock is very convenient! We have seven in our group and fish all week and coming back to stay here is like being at home. Highly recommend if you are planning on using the water way. Very convenient access to places to explore around Homosassa.

A perfect peaceful escape! The cabin was tucked away in a beautiful, serene spot and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Joanne was kind and easy to reach. We’ll be back!
