Monthly Rentals in Waun Fawr

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

We have stayed at Emily & Aleds on 3 occasions and every time it has been perfect for us, it is always immaculate, with everything that you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and it has been so convenient, this is always our first choice when in Aberystwyth.

Very lovely studio, Georgina was very helpful and polite, happy to help us whenever needed. The facilities were lovely and the decoration was very nice. Town centre was in very close walking distance. No problems and had a great time! Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Esme's house and we were quite amazed at how well equipped it was. There were tea/ coffee, milk and Welsh cakes provided and Esme messaged on the morning of our arrival to say that the house was ready when we needed it. The house was ideally located for both the university and the town - all only a ten minute walk. Parking was a little tricky as we have a large car and the street was quite narrow. However, once parked, we didn't need move the car as everything was so accessible. The house was at a top of a hill, and we enjoyed the views over Aberystwyth. I wouldn't hesitate to rent Esme's lovely house again.
