This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. It's an art that will leave you in awe; especially if you're worried about climate crisis. The coat hangers are upcycled 100-year-old railway spikes! If you're looking for luxury you will be disappointed but if you're a minimalist you're going to love it.

We stayed at Robert’s Airbnb for just one night, but honestly, it was such a great experience! The interior was beautiful and so thoughtfully put together—it felt cozy and peaceful the moment we walked in. Robert himself was super nice and made us feel really welcome. And I have to say, I absolutely loved his dogs! They were so friendly and just added to the warm vibe of the place. What really stood out to me was how well the place was maintained—super clean and everything was in order. I was also pleasantly surprised to find little essentials in the kitchen like oil, sugar, and salt. It might sound small, but it really showed the extra care he puts into hosting. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-kept place. Thanks again, Robert!

This was my wife and I’s second time visiting Midland to attend the annual butter tart festival. Our previous rental unit last year was great as were the furnishing so the bar was high for this year’s Airbnb rental. In fact, the “Home in Midland” rental unit and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The rental unit's location was only minutes from the festival and most amenities such restaurants, waterfront and stores. We never moved the car during our stay since everything was within a short walk. About the hosts welcoming attitude and hospitality: Upon arrival, we requested an early entry which was granted without hesitation. We were also fortunate enough to meet one of the hosts (Shelby) she was extremely pleasant and assisted us in making sure we were in the right parking spot, which was well indicated. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our unit and were pleasantly surprised at the space of the rental . The pictures online were absolutely on point and matched expectations.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about our experience at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The pictures were beautiful but I was still blown away by the view and the overall home. Lily was an exceptional host, always super kind and responsive. My friends and I had the best time here and would absolutely recommend for anyone to book! :)

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 10 adults. The lakeside view was beautiful, and the large deck was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. This place is perfect for anyone who enjoys fishing or boating. We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer! Bijan was a great host—very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable getaway!
