Family-friendly vacation rentals in Watersmeet Township

This is the only house I have ever gone back to and I've been there 4 times. You will not find a winter waterfront view like this anywhere else. The home is spacious, quiet, and well kept.

A great location. In walking distance to a ski lift. The place was clean and it was awesome being able to have a fire in the fire place. Peter checked in with us in person to see if we needed anything. Also, he was very responsive to a couple questions I had prior to arriving. We will be back.

Good spot, nice place for the price. We had a small mix-up with getting back in, but Tim was very responsive and got it handle immediately.

We loved our stay! The house was well appointed and comfortable. It was an incredible deal and it was centrally located for our adventures

This is a very nice and spacious place in a convenient building whether you are skiing at Black River (which is ski in - ski out) or Jackson Creek Summit which is only 10 minutes away and has easy parking. Calley is super responsive and easy to work with.

What an amazing gem! Tucked away, but with plenty of amenities that you would fine at a modern, big-city hotel. Great family space, with privacy, but also big family spaces. A perfect fit for our family team in town for a race. We will be back!

Great place and a great host! Katelyn responded to messages almost immediately every time we had a question. Place is peaceful and clean! Very satisfied with our trip and will use this location again and again! Also looking forward to trying out the other rental too! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay to soak up a few more sunny days of summer. Downtown was extremely walkable and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The space was comfortable for relaxing after a day of adventure and had everything we needed. The decor really provided a cabin and “Up North” feel.

I stayed this past weekend for a funeral. And I’d come back! Granted, I’m from Kingsford so I know the area. But this place is a little jewel. They even had a fire pit, with pre cut wood. What a thoughtful amenity! The host was responsive/ property clean. Everything an Airbnb should be. Kudos! 🙌🏻👍🏻 All said, a couple of minor small observations. -Dust the dining room chairs, especially the rails. (I inspected hotel rooms for 20+ yrs.). ☺️🤷‍♂️ -That sliding door didn’t instill confidence. -An electronic lock with a code would be awesome. -T-mobile internet. ($55 per mth). Kathy’s place is perfect for a north woods getaway. We snowmobiled, and even though there is no trail at the end of the driveway, there is a public boat launch that provides access to the chain of lakes just a couple of houses over and easy to get to. The place has everything you need and just the right amount of tucked away but still close to town. Kathy is nearby and willing to help with anything that comes up. 10/10

We were seeking refuge from an extended power outage and were so fortunate to find Chris and Dan’s cabin. It was exactly as described- warm, cozy, and secluded! Communication was excellent and they were so kind and empathetic of our situation. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Great condo, wonderful location, Jon was amazing at answering any questions, and we love that it’s pet friendly.

Greg’a place was very clean with a lovely view of the river. The heated floors and useable fireplace made the space extra special. Would stay here again.

I wish I could give this place six stars! the steak I bought to grill went bad so Kathy made me a frozen pizza and I ate dinner with them outside. I've never been somewhere more quiet and peaceful. they were very patient with me and my dog that loves to pace and make himself at home. such a sweet, friendly couple with a beautiful home and a priceless view of the lake.

Jim is a great host and was great to work with. This house is very large and easily accommodated our group of 10. I highly recommend!

Another memorable stay at Bo Di Lac lodge. Our third year and probably the best yet. Truthfully, we were very nostalgic and sad to leave this year. This has become a special place in our hearts with great memories.

Place was amazing. Friends weren’t sure about it from the outside but amazed when they seen the inside. Able to park 2 full side trucks with 22’ trailers. Just have to know how to back them up! My group will be back in 2 weeks and hopefully more next year!!

Always enjoy our time here Walkable to stores and restaurants and coffee shops The Bald Eagle gave us a nightly show and the loon lulled us to sleep
