Monthly Rentals in Watermouth

Mark and Patricia were very friendly and welcoming. The Cowshed was spotless and loads of space in every room. Location was great and very quiet. Sadie, our Labrador had nice walks from the farm, with lots of long walks within a few miles drive. Look forward to another visit to see the progress with the future developments. Dominic and Juliet

We decided to come to Ilfracombe for a long weekend of walking in Exmoor and exploring the area. Lindsey's place turned out to be exactly what we wanted. It felt comfortable and cozy on the evening we decided to stay in and was very easy to walk into town for meals as well. The bed is comfortable, the couch is even more comfortable, the flat is spacious, and the kitchen has all the supplies needed for basic cooking. The views were fantastic too, even when it rained. We would love to stay again.

Lorraine and Allan were perfect hosts going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, whilst also allowing me my own privacy. They were quick to respond to any queries I had and always happy to help. The place itself was small but comfortable with great views from the balcony area. It's well situated within easy walking distance of the beach, a few great pubs and lots of hiking opportunities. I'd also highly recommend a short drive to Lynton and the Valley of The Rocks coastal walk. Incredible views on a nice day! The Castle Inn is a great old school boozer with excellent, well priced beers on draught. Similarly, the Pack of Cards does a great pint of Tribute. Both have decent beer gardens. The Focsle is a bit more touristy and pricey but is very well located right by the beach. It also has an adjoining cafe which does an excellent coffee & sausage & bacon bap. The Black & White chippy do exceptional fish & chips near to the beach and staff are very friendly. Thanks :)

Very peaceful and quiet, with privacy. Clean and complete bathroom. Well organized place. Lovely view!
