Monthly Rentals in Waterford

On our recent trip to Erie we couldn't have found a better spot to stay as the place was exactly what we would have built for ourselves on a creek. Robin truly thought of everything to make the space perfect. Everything was immaculate, the bathroom spacious, the bed comfortable, and Robin was responsive and friendly. We'd happily stay at one of her properties again.

This was a perfect location and set up for our crazy weekend! Everything we needed was available! And the comfy couches made for a perfect place to wait out the rain delays of the soccer tournament! Thanks so much!! Allison

Sherri was very accommodating to the needs of our group - the house was great and just enough space for our trip with two families meeting up. Back yard and toys in the house were great for our 3 and 4 year olds!

The place was very cozy and cute. The area where the house is located is peaceful and secluded so we were able to play outside with our toddler and not worry. There’s woods right in the back yard where we often saw deer playing and our son enjoyed the views. The house is also located very close to the zoo (literally right down the same road), and not too far from downtown and other kids attractions. The house it self had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The house is very pleasant and super responsive. We were a little late checking out because it can get a little hectic packing up in the morning with a toddler and The house was very understanding. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage!
