The communication was fast, easy, and always warm. The owner would even stop by with fresh fruit or little surprises, making every day feel special. John was a great host with a beautiful house, he provided a lot of recommendations for things to do around Chiang Mai, including a nice cafe where we had breakfast twice. He was always available when we needed and was interested in our holiday and making sure he could provide the best experience for us while at his home. Everything was clean and the photos didn’t do the house justice. House felt very safe and secure and it is in a central area so easy to navigate around. Would have stayed longer if we could.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Naddhawud’s place is the most beautiful venue I stayed in during my Thailand trips. This beautiful, quiet retreat in the heart of Chiang Mai is wonderfully appointed with ample breakout space and bathroom facilities to suit two couples. Everything is clean, well taken care of and the design of the entire home flows so well from one room into another. Picture perfect spot!

This home is FANTASTIC my partner and I had such a luxurious stay and the amazing chance to stay with a cat!! It is so clean and spacious with loads to do around.

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

Condo was in a great location close to 7 Eleven, Big C, restaurants, and night markets. Condo is quiet and peaceful with a night security guard watching the parking area. Host is easily to get a hold of for questions or requests. Will look forward to working with Jenny in the future when visiting Chiang Mai.

The location is quite strategic for us, given that it’s walkable to the night markets, convenience store, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc so we can just walk to those places whenever we need to. The area was quite calm at night despite it being about 3mins walk to Hard Rock. The check-in process was easy and it wasn’t difficult to find the place. The amenities provided were also decent and enough for the duration of our stay. Pine was very responsive and helpful with our enquiries. We really enjoy our stay there and would definitely consider staying here again whenever we come to Chiangmai.

Loved everything about this stay. It was cozy, inviting, and incredibly clean. I’m happy to have paid a little more for this quality of an accommodation. 10/10 would recommend.

There is an infinity pool and gym on the top floor of the apartment, 711 is opposite, which solves daily needs, it is also convenient to take a taxi from the first floor, you can walk to the ancient city and Chiang Mai Night Market, the landlord Lulu and Brother Rou are very considerate, they are very helpful!Nice stay here!

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door does not close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few flaws. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!
