Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

I feel very good, the customer service attitude is very good, and the response is very timely.The cleaning is also good, I will choose this place again next time I bring my family, there is a small kitchen, convenient for cooking, and it is economical and affordable.

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Very very nice condo, the pool is gorgeous! Natty was extremely responsive with any query we had. This condo has everything you might need and is very comfortable for two people with the most gorgeous views of the mountains! I am so glad we stayed here! Go ahead and book it!

We did last minute booking on the accommodation, but it was hassle free and Hayley was very responsive. The house was very neat and clean, we just felt like home. The infinity pool was a bonus for us because there were days we were just tired to go out and ended up spending time at pool. And, the location was good too, easy to get a ride and there is 7 eleven just across the condo. Overall, great stay and we would definitely book again if we are back to Chiang Mai.

Natasa’s place was wonderful. I especially liked there were 2 tv’s as not many places have a 2nd tv in the bedroom. Nice layout. Bed was comfortable. Well worth the price and communication was excellent and very fast and responsive. I love staying at the Astra building. It is centrally located and walkable to everywhere in town. Very safe and secure building with 24/7 security guards.

It was a great apartment, nice view from the balcony and so many things to do in the area, the amentities of the building were amazing and i definetely recommend!!

This was my fourth trip to Chiang Mai and Guillaume’s place was probably the best place I stayed at. The location is great with views of the mountains. The furniture is sleek and well thought of. For me, what stood out the most was Guillaume’s kindness and responsiveness. He replied right away to all my queries and accommodated all my requests. Perfect host!

Same as the photo, and very thoughtful to provide many daily necessities. For those who rent monthly, you can buy a lot less. If you have any problems, contact the host and you will get a response immediately. It is worth recommending

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, with a nice balcony, a washing machine, one big room, and another smaller room — perfect for our needs. The condo is in a great location with KFC, 7-11, Watsons, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was huge and very well-maintained. We traveled just after the earthquake, and the host was very responsive and kept us updated the whole time, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Really nice place and has all the amenities you need for cooking and cleaning. No issues with communication and any questions I had were answered quickly. I was very sad to leave and I hope to stay again next year! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
