House vacation rentals in Washtenaw County

We've been staying at rentals for many years while on vacation. Sheila was bar far the best and quickest with her communication with us. The home itself offers more amenities in the kitchen than we ever expected. If you need it, she's got it for your kitchen needs. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Everything was clean and spotless. We will stay here again.

Osman’s place was perfect for what my family needed. It’s in a great neighborhood with any and everything we needed. The place was spacious, clean and had a modern feel to it. We all had a pleasant and comfortable stay over weekend. The customer service and communication he provided was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to any folks traveling to or through town!

We had an amazing stay! In town for our annual family fishing trip on he Detroit River and this was the perfect base camp. My Grandmother was able to prepare the finest meals imaginable thanks to the well equipped kitchen and space. We had one minor issue with the fridge during our stay but Brittany jumped into action and had it fixed up within a few hours. The space allowed us to rest well, share laughs in the common areas and all sit at the dinner table. It was perfect for our needs and very well managed. Thank you again Brittany!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

Great place for my young son and I to explore Detroit on Spring Break. Safe neighborhood and parking in private driveway was great. The upstairs den was a surprising hit! House is decorated nicely.

This renovated Farmhouse was great for my family of 5. Each person got their own bedroom and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Was a great central location when our days took us to Ann Arbor, Detroit, and Northville.

We had a group of 8 stay the weekend for an EMU baseball series. Place was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel cramped at all. 3 full bathrooms was awesome to have. Kitchen was stocked well beyond what anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. Robert was very easy to communicate and deal with. Our stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Lovely stay in a well kept-up home. Lisa was so friendly and provided lots of little amenities to make the stay peaceful and just what we needed. So spacious and great for a family and friends trip.

Lovely stay! Sally's place is much brighter than you'd expect in a basement. It has a large window well, and feels airy. Very clean, great location in a quiet neighborhood but near campus, super responsive host. Thank you for everything!

Our stay in Chelsea was great! The house was perfect for a family with kids and even has all the small touches that most Airbnbs don’t (like step stools for kids, books for bedtime, and extra chargers in case you forgot something). House is super walkable and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is not far from the train tracks, but we didn’t find the noise bothersome at all.

An amazing space and host, we were old friends having a reunion and are happy we could reconnect in Linda’s space. Great walkable location, great vibes, and very responsive host. Thank you!

The home was fantastic! The home is the host's primary residence and therefore unlike many Airbnb's there were living house plants, a great book collection, and decorations with meaning. It was clean and not cluttered. The backyard and deck are nestled in a beautiful canopy of trees and was a great place to hang out and relax. The location is also convenient to The Big House - a short drive away. We would certainly visit again when the host opens up her home.

Absolutely immaculate, welcoming, beautifully located home, exactly as described in the listing. Don't be deterred by the fact that it's on an unpaved road; Ann Arbor has many such roads in the center of the city. Yolanda has put many nice touches in the house, including helpful signs throughout the house regarding extra linens, climate control, fire pit instructions, TV info, and almost everything else we could imagine. it is tastefully and practically furnished, without the unnecessary number of knick knacks too many owners feel compelled to display. We gave it five stars only because six seven or eight stars are not possible!

We had an awesome time at The Big Little House! It was just that. We have a house of seven and we also brought my mother Inlaw with us and we fit to the T. It was only one full Bathroom but it still worked for us because we are always staying at hotels with one bathroom so it was no different to us. They also had a game room in the basement that gave us space from the kids. But truly loved they're personal touch and that they kept much of the original character of the home and put an awesome modern touch to it! I can say much more but you would have to visit to only understand the experience! Thanks again, and this was our First Airbnb booking ever!

Matt was an extremely responsive and customer focused host! His home was very clean and comfortable! The location was very conveniently located. We will definitely return and book with Matt on our future visits!!

We loved staying at Joannes! The house was very clean and cozy. The house was stocked with everything you may need while away from home and more. I loved that they had chargers! So handy! We were in town for a hiking event and plan to attend every spring and we hope to be able to book with Joanne again. The hot tub was extra nice after we hiked 22 miles at Waterloo. We loved looking out into the River. I've stayed at several Air BNBs and Joannes place was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having an amazing home. Owais was prompt with any questions, check in was a breeze, plenty of supplies in the house for our needs for the weekend. Thank you again!!!

I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have found Julie's house. We arrived in Michigan after a 10 hour drive to find that the airbnb we had originally reserved was not one we could stay in. Julie welcomed us into her beautiful home with just a few hours' notice. It was extremely clean, beautiful, and the perfect location for my family. We will definitely stay at her home again when we go back to Michigan. Highly recommend.

Lori’s place is a gem! It is the best of Airbnb—the kind of places that are very hard to come by. It is as clean, welcoming, thoughtfully stocked and incredibly comfortable as you can find. It feels like walking into the home of a dear friend who left you their space for your enjoyment. We are former Ann Arbor residents and the home was a perfect location for us. Super quiet and picturesque, near trails, 8 min drive to great coffee (Dozer!), amazing local bookstore (Schuler!) and 15 or so to campus proper. The beds were so comfortable—my husband and I slept like rocks which never happens 😅. Lori left careful touches like charging cords, breakfast cereals and snacks, a Bluetooth speaker and games. We look forward to staying here again!
