Perfect place to rent for a football game weekend for 3 couples. Lots of room to spread out. Easy access. Walkable to town with lots of food options. We used Uber to the game and walked back which wasn't too far. Maria was super helpful with advice on places to eat and check out. We loved her recommendations. The house looks like someone lives there but in a good way. Not an empty sterile or cheaply staged place. It felt upscale and nice. Highly recommend!! We will stay again if we are back in town with a group.

Everything was as advertised! Adorable house right on the lake. Claire responded to my questions immediately. The house was perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary tools, etc. Loved the view of the lake and being able to walk right out the door and into the water. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Sherry is an incredibly responsive host which I appreciated. Everything was just as described. Sherry has thought of all that her guests will need. You will find everything in order to have a great stay. If you are coming to Ann Arbor for football you will be literally just down the street. I couldn't imagine a better location. Beautiful tree-lined street where we felt safe. Fun coffee place down the street just across from The Big House. Sherry gave great local recommendations! Would love to stay again should we be back in Ann Arbor.

An ideal location for its access to Main St. and its proximity to Kerrytown. We make a point to stay here whenever we're in Ann Arbor because we can leave the car and walk anywhere we need to go!

Peters place was perfect for our trip and accurate to its listing. It was clean abs comfortable He was easy to communicate with. The space works well for a small family and is just a short drive from downtown.

Very clean and well maintained home in Ann Arbor. This is a very short drive to local shops and restaurants which was very nice. If we ever return to Ann Arbor we will be coming back here for sure!
