Amazing stay in Stay Arbor. Great House. It was very clean and we felt like our home. Mi coworkers and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was fully stocked with things like we would have at home. too. Our host was great. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this house.

This place is clean and decorated nicely. The floors are squeaky which takes some getting used to. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Overall I would book again.

The house was clean and well appointed. It is very close to downtown, walking to all that downtown has to offer.

I have only great things to say about the hosts. The price and location were a no-brainer for me. I stayed here for four months while completing my clinical rotations, and whenever I had any issues, the hosts responded quickly and resolved them. The bedroom and bathroom were ideal for my needs, and the hosts were always quick to reply. An emergency came up at the beginning of my stay, and I’m very grateful for how the hosts responded and supported me during that time. The only downside was sharing the kitchen with other guests. At times, it became disorganized, especially with short-term visitors, and I occasionally had to clean dirty utensils or pans before I could use them. Some guests were also loud late at night, and it could get noisy when people walked up the stairs — though you do get used to it.

Overall, really enjoyed the stay! Beautiful neighborhood very close to download. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Loved it!

Great, affordable spot for those looking for short term housing while staying in Ann Arbor. Highly recommend, will likely come back here as I come back into town for work.

Second time staying and just as clean as before. Very convenient between UMich and Detroit. Great restaurant around the corner. Only minor inconvenience is that sometimes upstairs renters are exceptionally loud. Should have a rule about noise after 10pm.

Fantastic place in a great location! Host was very responsive, accommodating and gave great recommendations in the area (every place recommended was top notch)! Short walk to downtown Royal Oak with plenty of great restaurants and a nice park just across the street. Highly recommend this to anyone!

We had a bit of trouble with the electronic keypad but Nathan responded immediately and quickly corrected the issue remotely. The unit was very clean and quiet, and the linen cabinet was nicely stocked, as was the coffee station. My traveling companions and I appreciated having our own bedrooms with very comfortable beds to retreat to at the end of the day. The location is convenient to the Highway and an easy half hour drive to downtown Detroit.

Great host, super responsive, friendly & excellent customer service. Plus home had a lot of convenient amenities.

We found Mike's place just recently. It is very close to our kids place so that was great. But we were blown away by the townhouse. Everything was very high quality, extremely clean, anything and everything you could want. Mike even dropped off a grill per our request. This is one of, if not the best VRBO we've stayed in. We definitely plan to utilize this space for our future trips to the Dundee/Toledo/Detroit areas.

We loved staying here. It was spacious and clean with incredibly comfortable beds. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which was exactly what we needed for this trip. Mohamed was very communicative and friendly. Only downside to the space is that there is only one small bathroom for the whole space. It’s definitely workable, but something to consider before booking 🙂 Overall, you get a lot of bang for your buck with this place

This is my second time coming to this Airbnb and we love it. It's not too far from restaurants or places to go in general. The house feels just good, we can relax as if it's our own home. We definitely will be back again.

Peter was a fantastic host who set the bar for speed of host responsiveness for us on Airbnb going forward. Speed of lightning! He was always available and ensured that we had everything that we needed. There is plenty of room to be comfortable, great lake access, and water toys! Even with other houses nearby, the lake was quiet and peaceful.
