This property is ideally located close, 30 to 40 minutes, to excellent outdoor attractions such as skiing at one of the many ski resorts or enjoying one of the beaches at Lake Tahoe, hiking, and historic Virginia City.

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.
