Cottage vacation rentals in Wasaga Beach

This was our second time staying at Jamie’s cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It is such a beautiful location and the cottage is warm and cozy with the amazing fireplace. It was a perfect spot to watch all the snow fall gently out the big windows, looking out over the river. So peaceful! We ended up having to leave early and it made us all so sad, especially our kids, so we’ve already mentally made plans to go back next winter. Jamie was super communicative and we really just enjoyed our time so much.

Stayed here our first time using air bnb. The place was beautiful and was exactly what the website said it would be. Felt very comfortable and at peace. I highly recommend this place!

Amanda's place is so cozy and homey, it was the perfect place for a weekend getaway from the city. It's so well stocked both inside and out, the kitchen had everything you needed, and outside had so many activities! Amanda was a super responsive and helpful host, we were so appreciative!

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! Carm and Mary have a lovely space that they have worked to make comfortable and inviting! There were so many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the peaceful environment, the hot tub, and the surrounding beauty of the Georgian Bay. There were plenty of things that our children enjoyed- games and ping pong and the yard. The beds were the most comfortable have stayed in all vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and quick with recommendations. Highly, highly recommend this stay! Awenda Provincial Park and Wasaga Beach were easy drives and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was very comfortable for our family of 8 as we celebrated my parents’ 50th anniversary. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean, and the space felt welcoming. The location was ideal — close to popular attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The owner was a gracious and thoughtful host who genuinely cared about our comfort. We truly appreciated his kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

Such a perfect little getaway spot. Super quiet and private — loved relaxing in the hot tub at night and hanging by the fire. The place has a dock with kayaks and paddleboards, which made the lake time extra fun. Everything was clean and cozy, and it just felt peaceful the whole time. Already planning to come back!

Place was nice amd cosy for our family break in winter. Great toys collectiom for 2 years old, good books collection for older kids. Only downside was that it didn't have microwave which was tricky with 2 yr old especially when trying to warm up milk quickly. TV could have been bigger fpr the space but it was still good enough. Ian was very helpful and responsove during our stay, he got snow cleaned promptly during our stay.

Nikki’s family cottage is truly a gem outside of the city. I stayed in her property for a quick 3 day solo R&R with my dog. This was the perfect property for my dog to play around and let out his zoomies. Also, there were so many spots in the property to lounge around with my glass of wine in hand. The river was perfectly shallow for me to walk on the rocks, with my water shoes, ofcourse. The cottage was clean and cozy, the kitchen is stocked with all your needs and they’ve got plenty of throwback DVD movies to choose from. Nikki’s house manual and rules were very clear and easy to follow. She was also quick to reply back when needed, leaving me not to worry. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Nikki + Family!

Lovely lovely place. Sitting on the deck watching over the blue waters of the bay - dreamy! Kids had fun at the beach and in the pool. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Jeff was proactive and made sure we are all comfortable during the bad weather. The location is perfect and lots to do around. Absolutely loved the stay and a great get away. Looking forward to visit during the summer.

House was easy to find and everything was as described. Very well maintained and clean house. Will for sure recommend this house to anyone going in the Wasaga beach area. Perfect location between beach, restaurants, golf course.

Beautiful cottage , backyard is spacious and perfect for kids to run around in . Super clean and the beach was within walking distance . Highly recommend booking your stay here . I will be booking in the future again for sure .

My friends and i enjoyed our stay. I was flabbergasted when i walked into the door. The entire house was so cozy and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this location and Amanda's listing to anyone. I would definitely book it again in the future.

A group of 8 of us came to play some softball in the area and I was so lucky to have found Pennys Airbnb. Words cannot express how lovely this place is. It’s ridiculously charming g and fully stocked with everything you could need, plus some. She even had condiments in the fridge, a decent variety of spices and coffee galore. I have never stayed at an Airbnb that had everything I needed. So convenient! The pictures massively understate this perfect place. So peaceful and Penny was a gem, zero issues. I often get a little nervous when the hosts live so close to the Airbnb but Penny and her family completely respected our privacy and there was zero awkward moments, which is huge for me, because I don’t want to feel like I’m being watched constantly. Thank you so much Penny for putting up with us all and providing a lovely place for us!

We had an incredible stay with our 5 year old and baby. The place is surrounded by tall trees and felt so scenic and private. The property is right on the water and a small sandy area leading up to water the kids could sit and play on. Inside is fully equipped with everything to cook and have fun including board games, some kids toys and a high chair. The wood paneling everywhere and decor gave it a rustic charm. The temp control worked quickly to adjust and water pressure was excellent (sometimes a concern with cottages). Host was very quick to respond to messages. Overall more than a 5 🌟 stay and would happily come back.

This place is extraordinary! Beautiful space to be in with a great bit of lake to enjoy. Would highly recommend, and hope to return myself some day.
