You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. Beautifully located vacation cottage, with rustic simple amenities. You are away from the hustle and bustle, but still quickly in the village to get fresh rolls, etc. Great starting point for smaller hikes and about 5 minutes from the Alpsee. In winter when there is snow, you cannot drive to the hut. Then you have to walk about 10 minutes. Luggage transport is possible by arrangement. Heating is with wood, in the bathroom there is a small electric fan heater.

The house was built in 1928 by my great-grandparents. As a professor at the Academy of Arts, he went to the house with students to devote himself intensively to art.
