We spent the turn of the year 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great to see Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate is also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below us was very disruptive (maybe it was on the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. One plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

I was a guest at Andrea's for the second time. Everything fits here for a short trip to Kassel. Cozy place to stay, good location and very relaxed communication.

We (two couples on cycling holidays) felt very comfortable. Everything well maintained and well equipped. We could safely store the bikes in the garage. Very nice terrace. Langenbieber is also ideal as a starting point for the bike rides (Fulda, Wasserkuppe, Point Alpha, Noahs' sailing, Milseburg bike path anyway). Mr. Harnier is also a very pleasant and helpful host.

My grandparents enjoyed their stay here very much! They felt comfortable from the start as the place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Christine was extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The location was perfect for them. They still rave about the beautiful days there and were completely satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – they would love to come back anytime!

We were there as a family with two small children. It all worked out and the landlords are very friendly and accommodating. The two bedrooms were great for us and the kitchen was also well equipped. We felt very comfortable and can gladly recommend this place.

We stayed with Ann-Kathrin on a weekend. It was a dream come true. Our daughter was able to take a pony ride through the woods and take riding lessons. She was totally happy. The ponies and horses are sweet and balanced. Our dogs also got their money's worth in the beautiful surroundings during our walks. The place is lovingly decorated and nothing is missing. Too bad the weekend ended so quickly. We definitely want to repeat it. Thanks to Ann-Kathrin and her family! 🥰

Irena and Uwe were very interested in my well-being. Very positive people who allow privacy but would always have been approachable for me. I didn't miss anything Highly recommended for those who want to leave the stress and hustle and bustle behind.

We stayed with Toto over New Year's Eve. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and a toto, who first drank a beer with us and showed us his apartment. It was super nice. Toto is likeable and a great host. Just in time at noon, Toto and his girlfriend then greeted us on the terrace for the new year and toasted with us. The next day we were also allowed to stay longer until check out....a blessing after the slightly longer night. Until next time :-) regards, Hannes and Eva

Fantastic, comfortable place. Quiet neighborhood, nice views, you can rest after long day. You will find everything you will need for short or long stay. I hope we will return sooner or later

We were with two families and a total of five children in the accommodation and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The house is ideal for families: plenty of space, comfortably furnished and very clean. The children had plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors – the garden in particular was a real highlight! The kitchen was also super equipped. The surroundings are quiet and safe, perfect for family trips or relaxing days on site. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly. We would come back any time – absolutely recommended for families with children!

We were very pleased. Elke was nice and straightforward. The barbecue facilities on the farm were very welcome. Likewise, the beautiful village playground with a small soccer field - just the right size for us and the children. We also liked visiting the open village church. In the house itself, we had more than enough space with 14 people.

We went to a seminar as a team. The house was great for our team. Lots of retreats, quiet surroundings, large living area for great conversations and cooking. There was nothing missing. The communication was fast and super friendly. Check-in/OUT were very straightforward. If you have any questions, someone was always available and help was straightforward and quick.
