The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use these, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It consists of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). The place is a little outside, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Our house has 2 floors. The hosts live on the upper floor and the lower complete floor is for our guests. It has its own access. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. From all windows you can look into the large garden, with many trees and flowers. The quiet location, good air, beautiful garden and large heated pool invite you to relax.

We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.
