Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Warrnambool

A perfect place for a weekend away. Andrea’s home was clean, stylish and inviting. A great location, right in the heart of town and a nice walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more for our Warrnambool stay. I’ll be back!!

Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.

Ann and myself cannot recommend highly enough this beautiful Airbnb. A homely place with just about everything provided except for food and drinks, but even then some essentials were available, (tea, coffee, etc.). Lesley and Gary communicated well and we only saw Gary when we first checked in and he gave us a few good pointers and advice, plus a lovely chat. An easy walk to the beach, a rocky one, but great fun exploring. There are safe sandy beaches close by. For us two senior people a walk to centre of town was not attempted but younger folk will handle it easily. All in All good value for money, great hosts and a lovely Airbnb cottage. A really lovely stay in a beautiful home in very peaceful and quiet surroundings. We all really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer!!! Would happily go back and we will certainly recommend this stay to anyone interested. Thanks Jai 😊

Coming back through the great ocean road, my wife and I wanted to stop throuh Warrnambool. This spot was by far the best on our trip, extremely clean, nice beds and great location. We will be back again for sure

The place is more beautiful than the photos. Beds were comfortable and smells cleaned & washed. Bathroom was supplied with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap. Jayde was very responsive and accommodating. We would like to come back and stay here again.

Excellent accommodation. it was exactly as described, great location just minutes from the beach. Beautifully presented and very clean. Langleys were very responsive even after hours. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay, from the ease of parking, to the quietness and pleasant ambience of the apartment. Jenny added some welcoming touches that made this a standout from the norm.

Diane’s place is lovely with all of the amenities and in a peaceful neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again. Please note, as the description says, that there are stairs.

The house was immaculate, high spec, the bed was very comfortable & the linen was fabulous. The bathroom was superb & the kitchen was very well equipped. As there was only 2 of us staying there plus 2 dogs, it was probably a little more expensive that what we'd normally pay but the ambience & cleanliness made up for a lot! The dogs settled in very easily - I can't say that about every place we stay in! The back area was totally secure. And there were 2 toilets - a great feature. The lounge room was very comfortable & there was a large TV which was great for watching the AFL especially as The Blues beat The Cats 🤣🤣. If there had been 6 people staying & it had been raining or was cold so you couldn't eat outside, the eating area was probably a little squishy inside but not a major issue - it didn't apply to us anyway. A beautiful place to stay & in a very convenient location.

This place is easy to find and there are a lot of restaurants close to the place and we can walk along the park in front of us.

Great location and a very nice apartment for a small family or two couples. Walking distance to everything but plenty of space if you want to stay in and cook a meal. Would book again.

We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to stay in Warrnambool! There was small mishap when we first entered however this was quickly resolved thanks to quick communication from Peter and Karen. Loved the botanical gardens next door for our morning walks :)

Edge 17 is located on the Port Fairy Wharf. Enjoy a drink on the front porch while watching the fishing boats come and go. Relatively quiet despite being located on the main walkway along the Moyne River. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Almost across the road from the Museum. Lovely studio unit beneath the main house. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a couples retreat.
