Vacation rentals with a patio in Warren

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Susan’s place. It was bigger and more spacious than I expected. It is on a super quiet street and most importantly in walking distance to Tandem Bakery, the Portland institution that makes me want to move there.

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

Second time staying here and not our last. Ben and Meghan, thank you for everything. We love your place!

Darcy and Bill were absolutely amazing hosts. I completely loved my time in the charming town of Bath. I came for a quick 2 night stay for a wedding but ended up staying a week when I realized I had lost my ID. Darcy went above and beyond, helping me to replace my ID. Later, when my airport ride fell through, she and her husband brought me to Portland. Absolutely the best hosts I have ever had! The apartment is very well provisioned and would be comfortable for a monthly stay with 400mbs internet. Bath itself is beautiful and a great park is only minutes away in foot, and a short walk takes you jnto town with multiple grocery stores and a great bakery. Only other thing I would mentioned is that the September weather was warmer than I expected so bring clothes for warm weather in case you need them! Also--the blue chairs recline!

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

The stay was short but very accommodating. We had everything we needed and it was spotless. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The parking spot is exactly as Elizabeth describes, and while tricky to back into at times, it really was a gem to have available. The home is in a great location so you can walk to everything and having kids toys and books available was such a bonus. The home was clean and comfortable to stay in. We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

The Ocean Breeze in Belfast is a beautiful place. We stayed in the basement apartment. It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The price per night is no joke..its a great price and William is a great host. The upstairs is rented and you can hear footsteps, however its not bad . Watching the sunrise from the beach this morning was amazing. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or romantic getaway.

Such a beautiful location and home! We visited Peaks Island off-season and couldn't have found a better place to relax and unwind. The home was beautiful and very comfortable (especially the beds!). We had everything we needed. The location was perfect - walkable to ferry and restaurants. Capt. Gene couldn't have been a more accommodating host. Since it was off-season, he helped us with what was open, ferry schedule, etc. He checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel so very welcomed! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back! Thank you, Capt. Gene!

We’ve been going to Boothbay almost every summer for more than 30 years and have stayed in many different rentals over that time. Of all those places, Dan’s is one of the very best, definitely in the top two or three. The best things about it include, first, the location. It’s just a few minutes from town and all the places to shop and eat, but it’s also in a very quiet secluded spot near Linekin Bay. A big plus is its closeness to a beautiful little private beach with swimming, kayaking, picnic tables, a dock, and tidepools for exploring. Second, the house itself is great: very spacious common areas; a big, beautiful and well-equipped kitchen — my wife said it was “unbelievable;” three modern bathrooms (although none with a tub and only one with a shower — the one minus we noted); very comfortable beds; excellent lights for reading at night, and a huge screened porch with lots of seating. Third, Dan was truly an excellent host: he always responded quickly, graciously, and effectively

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Leslie’s home is exactly that, cozy, spacious, beautiful, peaceful, but above all it feels like a real home. Leslie was welcoming and gracious, she went above and beyond, I would certainly consider her a friend after staying there. I highly recommend this spot!

We adored this Air BnB--it was in the perfect location, had absolutely everything you could have dreamed of needing, was super comfy and cozy and even decorated for the holidays during our visit in late December--I can't say enough good things about it! My kids loved the numerous games and puzzles available, and we loved the incredibly well-stocked kitchen :) We will for sure try to stay here again when we return to Portland!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this place. It was the small things that stood out for me. The tea pot for my tea, the extra blankets in the closet, baskets of towels for the beach and plenty of towels in the bathroom. It was so easy to walk to Willard Beach and the Scratch bakery across the street was amazing and so convenient. I really appreciated the the binder full of house information and thoughtful tips on restaurants and things to do.

Taryn’s place was amazing! The space itself is modern and comfortable, a nice blend of luxury and chic. My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and it was the perfect setting. We appreciated how open and bright the space is. The main bedroom has a unique round window that lends extra charm. The kitchen is fully stocked, with nice touches like a craft coffee setup, sparkling water, and high-end kitchenware. In terms of location, it’s centrally located to everything in Portland. Stay here if you want to find restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops that the locals frequent. A nice way to experience more than just the old port. The street parking is free and easy enough to find, or there’s a parking lot two blocks away where you can pay for a spot if you’re not comfortable with street parking. Finally, Taryn is a thoughtful and communicative host. She made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We really appreciated it! If you want to stay in Portland, this is the one!

Great place to stay while visiting my son at Colby College. Less than 10 minutes from campus. Clean, quiet, with all the necessities. Be sure to go to Shelby's Deli for lunch! The only reason not to write an amazing review is I want to be able to book it again when I visit haha!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

What a wonderful place in a lovely neighborhood. The condo exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful in person. We had a comfortable, happy stay with our small children. Scratch Bakery and an ice cream parlor are right across the street! And the book collection was great. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this beautiful Airbnb enough. Tara and Patrick went above and beyond with clear instructions, a meticulously stocked home, and fantastic local recommendations. They even left us a little treat for New Year's!
