Caitlin’s home is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The pictures are very accurate but it’s way prettier in person. A must see! The area is so peaceful and the locals are very friendly. Just overall one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will 100% stay again. ❤️

The host’s driving directions were perfect. Check-in was easy. The house was great, especially the game room and hot tub. Full kitchen for cooking with plenty of cooking and eating ware. Great hosts and quick responses. They even left the kids some hidden Easter eggs to celebrate the holiday. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Comfortably slept 9 adults. Lots of stairs but to be expected in the mountains. Loved the view from the hot tub!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful lake home over the weekend and it was nothing short of amazing! Every detail was taken care of. From the welcoming touches to the prompt communication, we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque escape. Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

House was beautiful! Kevin was super accommodating & quick in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for beautiful views in a peaceful area, this cabin is your spot! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this house to everyone. We felt very much at home as it had everything we needed during our stay. The swim spa was an added bonus but the hot tub was our favorite overlooking the lake. Jessica was a responsive and wonderful host! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer so we can float in the lake.

We paricularly enjoyed the upper open deck - mornings, mid day, & evenings. Everything you think you may need is there - from fully appointed kitchen, bedding & towels, games, & space. We loved staying at this home! It was so very peaceful and homey. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise. We slept 9 adults very comfortably, without using the sofa bed.

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

This is now my 4th time staying here when I visit my long distance boyfriend. I love it here!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed to check in early and Hunter was very accommodating to us! The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful sitting on the Caney Fork River! Thank you for sharing your house with us ❤️

This is easily one of my favorite airbnb experiences so far. The home is lovely, and the host is very kind. The back yard was great for stargazing and a little disc golf practice! There were plenty of dishes and cooking basics to make a nice meal. Overall, this place is so cozy and located within 5 minutes of anything in town. I would gladly stay again!

As with every other occasion her accommodation was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and furnished with all the required amenities that make for an enjoyable long or short term lodging. Melanie has always been pleasant and responsive to work with. I highly recommend her rental if your in the Rock Island/ Sparta TN area.

Great beautifully furnished modern home with hot tub. 3 spacious bedrooms, plenty of room, plenty of storage for your luggage and clothes. Lots of outdoor activities to do in the area. Lots of TVs. Will be back!
