Vacation rentals with lake access in Warren County

Our family had a great time at April’s. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and sitting in the hot tub while watching movies! We also had fun fishing from the dock. The many steps getting back up to the house were challenging but doable with one or two stops on the way up. Our visit was in March and the basement bedroom became uncomfortably cold in the middle of the night. There were enough blankets but was chilly when getting up to use the bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our big family to spread out.

Great place in a peaceful location. Michelle was a great host.

We loved the house and will definitely be back. Lots of room in the house for catching up with friends. The golf cart was down for battery issues during our stay but Kyle was upfront about that the day I booked so we appreciated the notice he gave. Even without that, the home was great and well worth the stay.

Our hosts were great. They were responsive to our inquiries. The house was perfect for our family gathering - comfortable and welcoming, with many spaces to run, play, converse, and reflect. We paricularly enjoyed the upper open deck - mornings, mid day, & evenings. Everything you think you may need is there - from fully appointed kitchen, bedding & towels, games, & space. We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We stayed at Tims Ford Lake for a family reunion and had family members in 3 other homes in this neighborhood. It was really nice to have everyone within walking distance. It was extra nice to have a golf cart for us to use in going from the various houses and taking people back and forth from the house to the community dock. This is a great house and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at Gary’s place and enjoyed all of the amenities and nearby hiking.

Very nice place. It was very comfortable, clean, and very close to the state park which was the main reason we wanted to go. Will definitely be staying again.

We had such a lovely stay for a quiet girls weekend. Sara was very responsive and the house was clean and worked perfectly for our group. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials and plenty of gathering spots available for snacking and meals. Being on the lake was a bonus and enjoyed sitting outside for sunsets and a nice fire on a cooler fall evening! We also enjoyed being 20 minutes from great hiking spots.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our little getaway. We enjoyed just getting away for the weekend it was so nice. The house was very cozy and the fireplace and hot tub was everything we needed and more. Hope to stay again soon.

Great place to stay right on Tim's Ford Lake. You can walk to the boat ramp right behind the house or use the golf cars to access it. House was super clean. If you are going for a weekend on the water there is enough room to park a boat in the driveway and its 1 mile to the boat ramp! Will stay again!

Melanie was wonderful! She was very easy to reach and had a very quick response time. She provided clear check in and check out instructions. The cabin was nice and in a quiet location, which was relaxing and peaceful.

Great home! Quiet! Very safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Comfy beds! Functional kitchen for cooking in. The restaurant that’s within walking distance was closed during our visit …but when it’s open, that’s a huge plus as it could cut down on travel. Just over an hour to Nashville… the lake was just coming back to life from the winter. Will definitely return! Great game room for kids to play! The basketball game was a hit!

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️

This cottage is the perfect “getaway” cottage! So cozy and peaceful, especially the front porch in the morning with coffee and the evenings with a cocktail . Very convenient to Smithville but even more so to the marina. My favorite thing (among others) was the well equipped kitchen! Perfect for those who like to cook! Loved all the parking for cars and our boat. Finally, it was truly a pleasure working out details etc with Nicole. She’s the best and left no stone unturned to insure our stay was fabulous. We highly recommend this cottage and Nicole and look forward to renting again one day!
