This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

The place was great and with in walking dusted of several restaurants and bars downtown.

Clean and CUTE accommodations—inside and out. And a perfect location on the main highway. Jeff was an excellent host!

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

This cottage is a gem. I Cook even when I travel so I usually have to travel with most of my kitchen due to most Airbnb‘s not having well stock Kitchens. This little cottage had one of the best stocked kitchens. I brought so many unnecessary things. It is hidden in a little nook, Full of beautiful details, Clean and the bed linens just give you a big ole hug♥️. Neysa is the most tentative host- but also provided adequate space. She had umbrellas, ice scrapers, and there is a well stocked bathroom just incase you forget a toiletry. Overall - it was a wonderful experience

Our hosts were great. They were responsive to our inquiries. The house was perfect for our family gathering - comfortable and welcoming, with many spaces to run, play, converse, and reflect. We paricularly enjoyed the upper open deck - mornings, mid day, & evenings. Everything you think you may need is there - from fully appointed kitchen, bedding & towels, games, & space. Great airbnb located a short distance away from Cookeville, TN. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Jenny was responsive and helpful when minor issue arised. Home was cute and clean. Loved the space in back to take a little walk down to the riverside. We particularly appreciated the basement unit was accessible for limited mobility grandparents with the driveway to pull right up to, bed & bathroom downstairs.

We loved staying at this home! It was so very peaceful and homey. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise. We slept 9 adults very comfortably, without using the sofa bed.

I would highly recommend this stay. The place was very accommodating. We had 2 wheelchairs and we could get around easily. My family and I will definitely come back. Also, had a tour of all the farm animals. The kids loved it.

Our family enjoyed the home. It was very peaceful and relaxing and just what we needed. The home had just about everything we needed, and there are dollar stores close by for a quick trip if need be. We took a short trip to Rock Island for a little hike to see the water falls. The host was responsive and had very easy/clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here to unwind.

This is the very best Airbnb that I have ever stayed. Host was incredibly fast and responsive. I had no issues at all. The decor doesn’t just look good, it includes quality amenities. That isn’t something I see at most other places. The peaceful setting is amazing inside and out. That master bed was unbelievably comfortable. The little extras throughout did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back for more hiking and this is where I will stay! It was hard to even leave every day to visit all the nature available in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful time - the house was stunning and very clean. There was lots of room for everyone and the kids really appreciated the games that were there. Bobbi was fantastic to work with and gave lots of helpful information ahead of time so the trip was very smooth. We were even able to do a later checkout so that we could have brunch at a local restaurant. No complaints at all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

We stayed for 2 nights 4 adults. Mitchell's place was just right. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking. Rented the pontoon boat which was great. Already thinking about when we would return. Would recommend staying at this property.

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

We had a great stay at The Getaway for my nieces wedding. The home was exactly like the photos and the interior was clean. It was a very nice home and the craftsmanship was top notch. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was nice and big and the bed extremely comfortable. One side note…if you are not a tall person, you may need some type of a stool to get into bed as the bed sits very high. The bedrooms do not have televisions in them, but that was not an issue for us. There is a large television in the great room which was perfectly fine. The views of the mountains and the lake were breathtaking. The home was very much worth the fair price. Thank you Mark for opening up your home and being so responsive in all communications.

Was a last minute decision to stay in town, host was quick to respond and provide information. Lovely downtown stay, many shops, everyone was friendly, we had a wonderful quick getaway!
