This little place is an ideal base for a stay in Northern Ireland. The location is ideal for visiting the entire island! It’s very cosy and quiet and the owner makes you feel very welcome

Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, really lovely people. They thought of everything - loved the little extra touches - scones and fresh milk provided. Bubble bath provided so I was ready to take a bath my first night there. They even made the effort to put some Christmas decorations around the property which made it feel extra festive and cosy. You can tell how proud they both are of the property which Stewart did himself, keeping it as authentic as possible and it didn't go unnoticed how attentive they are about making your stay be the best it can be. Would recommend ans and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas, Isobel was communicative and thoughtful with added touches in the house for our little one. The house was clean and tidy, well stocked up and the location is lovely and peaceful. There were plenty of instructions for the appliances and heating etc. We did have some trouble with the oven cutting out after being on for a while, however there was a microwave combi oven backup which worked well. Kinallen is a lovely little village with a great village store as well, and being on the edge of the Mournes was fab. We enjoyed driving around and exploring the area. Thank you again for an enjoyable stay.

Ideally situated with main road networks very close by. However, the property was located in the peace and tranquility of the countryside. It well suited our needs providing us with the relaxation we sought for a short break away from the mundane. The barn has been beautifully and lovingly restored making it a quirky holiday home. It felt home from home with all needs catered for. Judith was very communicative online without being intrusive. It was a pleasure to meet Barry, having a chat with him and meeting Cooper the dog and being introduced to Bill and Ben the lawnmower men 🤣 (robot mowers). The names tickled us!🤣 Thanks both for a very relaxing and peaceful stay.
