Artsy Studio Oasis w/Patio Minutes From Parades!

Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

Fabulous and Spacious 2Bd in the Center of NOLA

An excellent place for my month in New Orleans. Great location, responsive, considerate hosts, lots of space, bright, one of the better equipped kitchens that I've encountered. Any questions that came up were quickly answered. The restaurant downstairs was not an issue (and I highly recommend it). The staff and owners were very considerate and friendly and spoiled my dog rotten. The Lower Garden District location gives ready access to food of all kinds and is enjoyable for walking - or hopping the streetcar. I hope to return again next year.

Apartment in Heritage Building with Front Terrace

We had a great stay at this apartment and enjoyed having the St. Charles streetcar out front which made it easy to get around to the French Quarter, Garden District and Magazine Street. We enjoyed walking to French Truck coffee in the morning and there are restaurants, bars and breweries in the neighborhood which was great.

Bourbon Street Loft, high above the French Quarter

This is all about the location. It's really nice to be able to walk everywhere you want to go and its really nice to have a nearby pit stop (especially when you are older). Expect large city, tourist street commotion and don't sweat the small stuff. The owners are great and our in-town contact was very nice. Internet was stable for work. Hope you have as good of a time as we did.
