House vacation rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

The home was absolutely beautiful. As a host, David stayed in contact through the entire process, and including through out our stay. We highly recommend David and his property. We will be visiting again and staying at David’s place.

We had the best time here!! Stayed for my bachelorette with a big group and had plenty of room for activities and enough space to feel not cramped. If you’re wanting to be close to the French quarter but not too close to the chaos, this is a perfect location! Ubers everywhere were about 10-15 minutes. The jacuzzi and pool were awesome. Even though the pool was shared we had it to ourselves basically the whole time. Highly recommend this place for a NOLA weekend visit!!

I'll start by saying ... WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK! The house was exquisite ... everywhere you turned you saw some cool new find - a beautiful old quilt, a framed antique beaded purse and a skeleton key hanging from every cabinet with a cool, different tassel. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of big fluffy towels in the bathroom and really comfy ( and beautiful) beds. The screen porch, pool and hot tub were used often during our 5 night stay. They had lots of beach towels and we brought our own blow up pool chairs to lounge around in. Tyler and Josh were VERY responsive to our few questions. Very conveniently located 1/2 block from a grocery store and Starbucks. Walked the neighborhood and had lunch at the Ruby Slipper and beignets from Loretta's. Again ... we can't wait to come back. The house was AMAZING.

Alleshias place was beautiful and very clean. Close to everything and very walkable. Pool was an added bonus. My children loved it

Stayed here for my bachelor party, it was perfect for what we needed. The pool/patio area is so nice and relaxing. Its not too far from the action either as you can walk to St Charles Ave and get the street car

This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

Sara & Mark are New Orleans to the core. They keep a lovingly decorated and beautiful historic house, they love their city and they want you to enjoy yourself. So kind, so accommodating, so thoughtful. They're a class act all the way. The house is but a few steps away from one of the most beautiful parks in the country, and well-situated for exploring the most fascinating city in the country. Do yourself a favor and bring (or rent) a bicycle, and pedal all over the area.

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here for our 5 days/4 nights in New Orleans. The bnb was exactly how pictured. Very clean. Very close to everything. We had a blown light bulb and they dropped a bulb off quickly. We would happily book again if we visit NO again.

Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

This was a great place. It’s small, but the host had described that in both the Airbnb listing as well as in an email to me. It’s in an amazing neighborhood, beautiful homes and tree-lined streets. Convenient to all of New Orleans! I will definitely be going back there again.

This was an awesome place for me to stay. It was really clean, the hosts were very communicative and regularly checked on me to make sure everything was great. I would love to stay in this house again whenever I come back home to visit. The neighborhood was so peaceful, I was able to just sit and reflect sitting outside on the porch enjoying the sunlight and ambiance in the mornings. 5 stars!

Beautifully appointed house. Clean and nice mattresses and bedrooms. The host is very responsive. The neighborhood is charming and includes a coffee shop, a wine bar and pizza place. It looks a bit run down — as all of New Orleans does. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photo. We would come back.

Fantastic place right in a little Italy. Super close to grocery, restaurants and the tram system. Great first introduction to New Orleans.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Deidra was helpful and responsive when we arrived and had an issue turning the alarm off. We walked to the French Quarter everyday. We would recommend an Uber at night because of the area you have to walk through at night. the interstate does run right next to the house so you can feel the traffic shake a bit at night, but nothing unbearable. we would hands down stay there again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Algiers Point! We absolutely loved our stay at this charming Airbnb in Algiers Point! The location was perfect—quiet and scenic, yet just a short, fun ferry ride across the river to all the action in the French Quarter and downtown. After hot days exploring the city and even the beach, it was such a treat to return to a cool, beautifully decorated, and spotless home. It felt like a true retreat to relax and recharge for the next adventure. Communication with Jennifer was excellent—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and beautiful! It looked better than the photos! Tristan was very good at communicating and checked in to make sure everything was going well. My party had a great stay!

Lynn’s place was great! Excellent location and lovely backyard - we really enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood! We had our dog Apollo with us, he also enjoyed the pile of dog toys left behind! Everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Javier’s townhouse is very spacious, conveniently located, comfortable and well-appointed. We loved the balcony and had a great experience in New Orleans.

Ella & Brandon’s place is beautiful (even better than what’s shown in the pictures) and just as described. The furnishings were all comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is in a great location with very nice neighbors on both sides. Ella and Brandon we’re lovely and easy to communicate with while making our plans and during our stay. The back yard has a lovely sitting area with a fire pit as well as a raised deck for outdoor dining. The tall ceilings and windows and clean design throughout the house made for a very soothing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Ella and Brandon’s very special home!
