The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

The house in Wangerooge (Nordseebad) has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.<br>The house is tastefully-furnished, is a new build, and is 110 m². It has views of the garden.<br>The property is located 300 m from the city, 300 m from the train station, 300 m from the from the restaurant, 350 m from the supermarket, 500 m from Erlebnisbad Oase water park, 500 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the airport. The house is situated in a children-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Completely renovated in 2022, the vacation home is located in a quiet location near the dike and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms (160 × 200), a bathroom with shower, a living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. You can access the garden via 2 terraces (one of them covered), loungers and seating are provided. Bus stop, shopping, playground and restaurants are within walking distance.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a successful stay. Highlights include the stylish decor with loving details.
