There is a coffee station with a small fridge, water kettle, toaster, microwave and basic crockery to enable use of these appliances and to prepare basic meals. From your patio and bedroom windows are gorgeous garden and mountain views.

Wanaka - Pips Place

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.
