Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony.
