Monthly Rentals in Waltrop

A small and fine apartment. There was everything you need and very clean and tidy. Although the apartment door is somewhat permeable to noise, you could hear the neighbors clearly through the stairwell, but basically it was very quiet in the house and also in the surrounding area. I felt very comfortable and also the communication with the host went smoothly and very friendly. Great place to stay. I'll gladly come back.

Andre is a great host. He helps you during your stay and place is near dortmund just 20-30 minutes away with U-Bahn.

Dear Claudia and dear Uwe, We felt right at home! There was nothing missing! Huge praise to your cleaner, it was super clean. You were always available and got back to us quickly! Since we were there for our son because of the BVB camp, it was worth its weight in gold to have had a washer and dryer! The training ground/stadium was super accessible by car in 8 minutes! In front of the apartment is a playground and table tennis table, quiet street yet central! If we are in Dortmund again for a longer time, we would ask you again! A definite recommendation!
