We offer another small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 4 people on the 1st floor of our quiet two-family house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. Up the stairs is a bit steep, there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . The surroundings invite you to take excursions into nature.

Bright approx. 75 sqm attic apartment with two separate sleeping areas with double bed 140/200 or 180/200. The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Our centrally located apartment in Lünen Brambauer is close to Dortmund. Public transport takes you to the city quickly. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance. Our apartment has a bedroom with a 140/200 m bed, workstation and wardrobe. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed 140/200 m. The windows can also be darkened with roller shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.
