Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

Great 1 bedroomed place to stay on the countryside but only a few mins from Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Great host!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic time at this lovely property. The house is exceptionally clean and spacious, with plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs—perfect for large groups or families. The garden is big and beautifully maintained, offering even more than what was shown on the Airbnb listing. To our pleasant surprise, there was a Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom, which was a real treat! The house is newly built, modern, and very well designed. There’s also ample parking space, which made things even more convenient for our group. The host, Biju, was fantastic—very friendly and super quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids absolutely loved the house, and so did we. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a comfortable space to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting family and this certainly ticked all of the boxes! Great location, in a lovely village well equipped with shops and nice walks. The house itself was incredibly well presented and very clean. The third bedroom was a huge bonus with two children. The outdoor space was lovely and private and the perfect location for a morning coffee. We will certainly be back! Thank you Lesley!
