Curlew Barn is a delightful retreat set in the grounds of our family home. It is a lovely base from which you can explore the fabulous area of West Norfolk. The barn offers open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge, a separate bedroom with comfy double bed and a luxurious bathroom. You will find us up a 'no through lane' surrounded by fields and close to the Marsh. We are 2 miles from the busy village and a short drive from historic Kings Lynn.

Berns Place

Berns Place is a self contained private annexe that sleeps 2 adults with a spacious kitchen/diner, living space/bedroom, shower room, private access, garden and parking. It offers you all you need for a comfortable stay and has been recently renovated throughout. We are situated in a village location just off the A47 between the historic towns of Kings Lynn and Wisbech and is just a short drive from Sandringham and the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.

Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
