Faz’s place was the epitome of value for money. Spacious place, perfect for three (in our case) and four people. Near the overground and the centre of Croydon (a little more that 10 minutes walk). One minor flaw. We were three guests and there were only two towels. Also the toilet was not very clean. Other than that, a very good spot!

Louisa is responsible and helpful, such a lovely lady. The place is clean and tidy, hot water is running perfectly. The view of the top floor is beautiful. The bed is also clean and comfortable. Only concern will be the main door leading the stairs with no landing, has to be careful. Overall, the host is good and decent person to deal with, the place is sizeable with good layout.

Fantastic stay. Stephen was super responsive before and during the stay (and extended my stay too). Very clear instructions and info in pre-arrival message. Place is as pictured and described. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly (oven, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TVs). Area is great and well connected. Neighbours were quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The home is beautiful, filled with natural light and overlooking a lovely garden that added such a peaceful vibe to my mornings. The location is ideal - charming neighborhood in Kensington, yet just a short walk to the tube, restaurants, and everything you might need. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and right at home. The host was incredibly kind and proactive, offering clear instructions and support throughout my stay from check-in to settling in with ease. Smart home features made everything even more seamless. I’ve definitely found my go-to place every time I’m in London. Highly, highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location. Everything you need in the apartment with thoughtful touches to make life a little easier! A great little balcony with big bifold doors which was heavenly in the hot weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great, it was close to everything, but still quiet and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was very kind, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

We’ve enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s. He was extremely kind, very helpful and talkative. We arrived late at night and it was no problem at all. He also shared his location and came for us to help us find the apartment. We felt incredibly welcomed. Everything we needed was in the flat and he kept reaching out through messages to make sure everything is fine. I have no bad word to say, although I imagined that the accommodation would be a little cleaner than it was. It wasn’t anything serious but to be honest, we are used to living at a little bit cleaner place. However, we loved the accommodation and we appreciate Daniel for letting us stay there! Thanks to him we were able to enjoy our trip to the maximum and hopefully we will be welcomed again when planning our next trip to England. I recommend it to everybody.

Gioia's flat is lovely and full of beautiful light and comfy modern furnishings that made it a very pleasant place to return to after trekking around to all of the cool sights (20-30 min walk to so many cool museums and Kensington Park, 10 min walk to the london underground (which gets you anywhere!). The neighborhood feels safe and so pretty with plenty of good restaurants, a grocery store, and many good cafes right around the corner from the flat. It's the perfect place to refresh and enjoy London. Gioia was super responsive and helpful the entire time. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing! Shaf's place is just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed, as described in the listing. The place is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transportation, a nearby station, and walkability in all directions. There's enough space for two people to work from home comfortably without interruptions and a strong WiFi connection. We would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again ourselves. Comfy place and responsive host. There is Alexa you can use in the place, with fun experience. It feels like home. The location is great, reachable and well connected to multiple sources of public transport which makes it easy to visit alot of places in London. Multiple supermarkets closeby and a (cheeky) nando’s and mcdonald very close by!

5 stars! I had an amazing stay at this property! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was seamless; they were friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded
