Old Town Loft & Central Location in Rapperswil

Located in the heart of the charming Old Town of Rapperswil, a 3 min walk from the train station, and right next to Lake Zurich (50 meters) with great lakeside restaurants, scenic lake promenade, and shopping nearby make our spacious duplex apartment a wonderful destination. Zurich is only a 35 min train ride away - every 15 min and until late. The apartment has a stylish living room, two bedrooms with a cozy double bed and two single beds, two bathrooms and kitchen. In the Heart of the Island

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are right on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then off to the slopes, the gondola lift is easily accessible on foot in 300 meters. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at 250 meters from the penthouse.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
