The DG apartment at Hochstraße 13a was completed in 2021, everything is open and beautiful. Plenty of space, light and sun for 1 -2 people, large window front, lake view 400m as the crow flies, high-quality equipment, air conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, private access with key box. Cozy armchairs for the balcony on the south side. Also great in autumn/ winter. The rain drips comfortably on the roof and you can look at the lake and maybe fog from the bed. Relaxation or WORK FROM HOME.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.
