Ideal for families and large groups. Beautiful house on 3 floors, 12 beds. on 4 rooms. (Room 4 is available for more than 8 people or can be booked as an option) Our house has 175m² with 3 free parking spaces and a large garden and a view of the greenery, as well as a forest nearby. Bathtub and shower (washing machine + dryer). Home office no problem, office available. The proximity to Germany, such as Lake Constance and the mountains, rounds off your stay with us

The Wöschhüsli with built in 1861 offers a dreamy accommodation for singles and couples in a good location. The two rooms measure about 40m2 and the outdoor area in the yard and garden is gladly used. The mini kitchen with small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

The room at Marius' is part of his apartment, but has its own bathroom and is right next to the front door – so you can come and go without disturbing anyone. We were allowed to use the kitchen (including fridge, kettle, cutlery, etc.), which was very convenient. Marius was very friendly and helpful, the room clean and pleasant. The apartment is located in a quiet new housing estate, only about 5 minutes' walk from Constance – a great location.

Guillermo was very kind, and the room was just as advertised. Despite him being around, I didn't feel like he was for most of the time, as he gave a lot of privacy and space. He was clear and communicated well. Nothing wrong at all, worth the money.
