The modern apartment has everything you need for a short trip - kitchenette, tea maker, dishes, modern bathroom, balcony. You are 300 m from Lake Constance. Leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and in 5 minutes you are in Konstanz. P.S. Private Apartment at the Shore of Lake Constance

This nice and clean apartment is only 200m away from Lake Constance. Going for a swim is within 5-min walk. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a two-floor apartment (75 m²) with a big kitchen and bathroom in the basement. A stair leads to the second floor, with a big living room and the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room are two single beds. The apartment also has a balcony. The garden can also be used for recreation.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. What to expect: - A cozy circus wagon - A sauna with wood heating - an outdoor shower - Our cats will visit you ;-) - Horses, donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not in the alpine period) - 2 older bikes are available

Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space! You have to bring a caravan or motorhome :). Hammock/rack are here. Attention! The driveway is quite steep! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and electricity can be found between the garage doors. Between the garden and the lake there is a small railway line, so no direct lake access. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. On the premises there is a hut and a caravan, which may be inhabited by guests.

Loft near Constance Old Town

The 135 m² loft offers a unique living experience due to the size and room height. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is very centrally located directly at the gates to the old town of Konstanz. We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.
