In recent years, the ground floor and first-floor apartment operated as a lovingly run restaurant, cherished and well-established in the region. Private Apartment at the Shore of Lake Constance

This nice and clean apartment is only 200m away from Lake Constance. Going for a swim is within 5-min walk. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a two-floor apartment (75 m²) with a big kitchen and bathroom in the basement. A stair leads to the second floor, with a big living room and the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room are two single beds. The apartment also has a balcony. The garden can also be used for recreation.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon blends harmoniously with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. What to expect: -a cozy circus wagon - A sauna with wood heating -an outdoor shower - Our cats will visit you ;-) - Horses, donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not in the alpine season) -2 older bikes are available

Loft near Constance old town

The 135 m² loft offers a unique living experience due to its size and room height. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is very centrally located right outside the gates of Konstanz Old Town. Short distances to the recreation area in Kreuzlingen on Lake Constance and Constance with culture and city life guarantee a perfect stay. You can park your car directly at the house and explore the surroundings on foot, by bike and public transport.

Parking space for camper/2-person tent/hammock

It's just a parking space ! Caravan or RV you need to bring :). Hammock/rack are here. Achtung ! The driveway is quite steep ! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and power can be found between garage doors. There is a small train line between the garden and the lake, so no direct lake access. The train runs 4 times an hour, not at night. On the premises there is a hut and a caravan, which may be occupied by guests.

The detached house is available for private use and is located in the center of the village of the fishing village of Ermatingen. Thanks to its location in a courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed and at the same time the lake and swimming facilities are only a 2-minute walk away. The house has a south oriented garden seating area with appealing sunlight and lawn area.

On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who like to be surrounded by nature.
