We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The only negative I would mention is that the fish cleaning table on the dock has no running water to actually clean fish. Other than that the house was great! Host was responsive with communication. She messaged us and let us know we could check in early if we wanted to.

Beautiful park-like setting by the beach! Outdoor recreation opportunities right out the front door! Hiking/running/kayaking/fishing/bird watching/and more! Relax by the calm waters of Bald Pointe Beach. This place was perfect for us, our two dogs, toddler, and 12-year old. Jessica was very responsive when we needed something and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed at this Airbnb and it was honestly a great spot. The place looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy vibe, and had everything I needed. Check-in was a breeze with code provided by host Tonya, who was quick to reply anytime I had a question. The Wi-Fi worked great (even for and there were nice little extras like coffee and water. Big bonus points for that! Location was great —quiet neighborhood and the peace and quiet in the evening was just what we needed! Overall, really solid stay. Tonya and Bryan certainly go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at "home".

Jessica’s condo was in a very peaceful neighborhood. It felt like we were home because we also live in a rural area of TN. She was always there to answer questions. My husband sure enjoyed fishing off the pier and taking evening walks there. If you love the country you’ll love it here. We saw several bird species and enjoyed the beautiful sunrise.
