Condo vacation rentals in Wakulla County

We booked Gone Fishing with Marlinda. She called to inform us that our room wasn't ready (no fault of hers) and asked if we would be interested in staying at her other place (Gone Fishing 2) or if we wanted to wait for it to be cleaned properly. We agreed to stay at Gone Fishing 2 because it wasn't a problem for us. The place was VERY clean and smelled amazing upon entering. This little place had literally EVERYTHING you could want or need! We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed the tea/coffee that was provided. There is room to park in front of the house if need be. The screened in porch was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't be afraid to try the Gone Fishing house. Marlinda is very responsive and handles her houses very well! 10/10 would recommend!

Cameron’s little slice of paradise was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway! The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need—from extra beach towels and board games to a well-equipped kitchen with spices and even butter in the fridge. We loved spending time at Carrabelle Beach (just 12 minutes away) and exploring the beautiful St. George Island (about 35 minutes from the house). One of Cameron’s local dining recommendations, Mornin Bite, was absolutely delicious—we highly recommend it! Also the Blue Parrot on St. George Island is a must if you don’t want to pack lunch, spend the day on the beach and grab a bite there. This cozy retreat is perfect for small groups or families looking for peace, quiet, and all the comforts of home. We can’t wait to come back!

Super relaxing spring break! We loved the condo, loved the huge backyard. Condo had everything we needed, dishes/towels/cleaning supplies/pool toys, goggles, board games.. very welcoming feel. Went fishing most of our trip, and went to fill out the guest books d a friend showed up, after we left, we realized we never finished our journaling! We’ll fix that on the next trip. Definitely staying again!

Great place to stay. We were there a month. I was most impressed with how quiet it was. Neighbors weren't noisy. There was very occasional traffic noise. Even a thunderstorm wasn't especially loud! This is a great space for a couple. Groceries across the street. I'd recommend the Fisherman's Salad at the Fisherman's Wife restaurant! We had an initial concern about parking permits, but that was cleared up. If we're ever back in the area, I would stay again

Spent two months at Drift Away. The condo is very large/spacious, clean and centrally located in Carrabelle. Michelle was very helpful during our stay. While visiting I suggest St. Port Joe and the town of Appalachiacola. We spent time at Harry’s Bar and found the locals charming. Morning Bite for breakfast was a regular stop for us! Definitely recommend Drift Away!

To say this place was amazing is not saying enough! I loved how the curtains were closed when we arrived.... once we opened them all we were in awwww over the view. This is beautiful decorated; had everything we needed and then some. Great location for us because we did not want to be in the hustle and bustle of things. 15-30 minutes to everything we wanted to do and found. The rides were scenic and beautiful. The quietness in the morning, sipping on coffee, waiting for the sun to rise is simple peaceful. The walks on the pier in the evening were nice as well. You can watch the moon rise in the evenings from there or your 2 balconies. The neighbors are really nice and we made some friends while staying there. Overall, it felt good to be there, home away from home. We will be back! Jessica did great on recommendations, and she has this book on the kitchen counter that will help... it has brochures and local seafood places. We had such a great weekend! Thank you!

I would like to say that the hosts location is very convenient to Carrabelle and all its fishing and beach offerings. Our host went out of her way to rectify an issue upon check in and was in constant contact with us throughout until resolution was found. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again! probably the cleanest Airbnb we've been to.. but no open restaurants in area... if I have any suggestions it would be to replace sofa with something more comfortable
