Clean, central to get around kona, hilo, and waimea. Responsive. And most importantly, comfortable.

Very comfortable condo. Was great for our adult family. Used the beach wagon and beach towels a bunch of times. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own. Was great to have a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was adequately equipped for when we ate in. It was great to have so many close shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Airconditioning was great, especially with ceiling fans to circulate ite air. The parking garage was a little worrisome. At first it looked like our big suv would be too tall, but there was about 3 inches clearance. A little tight getting around the temporay foundation supports in the garage, but it worked out. Nice to have convenient parking. We would definately rent this condo again. Host is wonderful. Very quick responses each time we contacted him.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

Peaceful Hale exceeded expectations! We stayed for a week with friends, using it as a base for day trips. I wish we’d stayed here longer instead of 2 nights in Volcano (though Volcano Treehouse was unique!). The outdoor showers, spacious lanai, and serene surroundings were highlights. It’s near activities yet away from big resorts. Kalia was incredibly helpful, offering advice before and during our stay. Her beautiful garden was an added treat. Mahalo for an amazing experience! Travel Tips: - Arrive early for public parking at Mauna Kea Resort beach. I lucked out going at 4PM. There can be construction noise. - Happy Hour at Seafood Bar & Grill - Waimea: Weds/Sat farmers markets; GJ’s Huli Huli chicken on Sat/Sun by Kamuela Liquor; Sandwich Isle Bread Company; get reservations for lunch/dinner at Merriman’s, get provisions at Long’s. - Great snorkeling at Beach 69, Puako Bay, and Māhukona Beach Park - Food trucks with shave ice, coffee, and malasadas are at Rt. 19 and Puako Beach Dr.

Thanks for everything! Condo was clean and it was as described. We were outside exploring beautiful island during day time so spent very limited time at condo. Kitchen has everything you need except coffee. Some Coffee at home would be great addition for upcoming guests.

If you are thinking about booking this place... Go ahead and do yourself a favor and book. The surroundings are beyond beautiful and the hosts are so kind and amazing. Half the time we were out and about but the other half we decided to stay back and relax with kiddos at the pool because just being there was great.This place beats any condo because grill and pool are literally a couple steps away no hidden fees. We will definitely come back. Ania and John were one of a kind and so nice to talk too. See you in the future ❤️❤️❤️

This was our second stay in this condo and was just as pleased as we were the first time. We liked that the Queen's Market was so close and super easy access to A beach as there was plenty of parking. The location was exceptional and the resort area was very nice. I would definately recommend staying here.

Good comfortable private place. Very much like checking in and out of a hotel room but with self check in.
