Wir haben die Unterkunft für 3 Mitarbeiter gebucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, sodass wir bei nächsten Projekt in Linz gerne wieder bei Ana buchen werden.

Wir hatten einen super schönen und entspannten Urlaub – voller Wanderungen, Radfahren und Tennis! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach ideal, in einem kleinen, ruhigen Dorf mit zauberhaften Ausblicken in die Natur. Die Wohnungen sind sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Peter Ben war ein großartiger Gastgeber: unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und vermissen es jetzt schon. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Anche se il nostro soggiorno Non è stato per un viaggio di piacere però non abbiamo trovato alcune difficoltà tranne la lingua siamo state molto molto bene L'unica pecca che mancava nell'appartamento una scopa una palettina ed un mop per pavimenti visto che il nostro soggiorno è stato un po' lungo per il resto era tutto perfetto Grazie Emmanuel

Hochkar kayak merkezine oldukça yakın ve şirin bir kasabada yer alan bu eve bayıldık. 4 kişi geldik ve ev tam donanımlıydı. Kesinlikle harikaydı.

Nice apartment right in the center of Melk - restaurants, pedestrian areas, and the Stift Melk all in walking distance.

I was very satisfied with the apartment and with the Landlord. The apartment is located next to Rudolfstrasse tram stop, where all Linzer Trams has a stop. Therefore it is very easy to move from end of the city to another one. Another advantage is that the apartment has a place to park your car, as it is very difficult to find a parking place in the vicinity of the apartment. Also, there was a place to store my bicycle during my stay (there is a lot of bicycke paths that starts nearby). City center is an a walking distance and the Danube river (for evening walks) as well. Shopping opportunities for daily needs are abundant in the vicinity. The apartment was exactly as it is on the pictures on the Internet. Communication with Mrs. Marlies was easy and I had all the information necessary for smooth arrival and check-in. The apartment was regularly cleaned (I was staying for 4 weeks), the blankets, and toilet and kitchen amenities refilled regularly. I strongly recommend. J

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön, perfekte Lage, alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr schön, tolle Aussicht; Parkplätze verfügbar. Wirklich alles top! Einzig die Stufen sind unglaublich gefährlich!! Unsere Kinder sind beide zweimal ausgerutscht weil es so rutschig ist. Sie sicherheit der stiegen sollte unbedingt verbessert werden.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen um ganz Linz zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es war alles wie angegeben vorhanden und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist super bequem und das Wohnzimmer lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder bei unserem nächsten Roadtrip!

Very nice and peaceful place, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and also very comfortable sofa to watch tv. In the garden, the Jacuzzi is brilliant after a long ski day . Definitely a comeback place for us !

Hello! We really enjoyed the location — being close to the Danube River with local restaurants right by the water was a lovely touch. The accommodation is spacious, with three large rooms, and comes with many useful items like toothpaste, soap, and wonderfully scented towels. We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, but it’s worth noting that we could hear some noise due to the property being next to a main road. The sofa beds in the living room aren’t very comfortable and it’s also important to mention that you need to cross an outdoor area to access the bathroom. One thing to point out is that we messaged the host asking for a few local suggestions, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response. Despite these small points, we really liked the place and it suited our needs perfectly!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Birken Suite! Die 4 Tage „Entspannung “ für uns waren perfekt und die Wohnung bietet wirklich viel Privatsphäre. Jeden Morgen wurden frische Eier an die Tür geliefert – eine schöne Geste! Auch das Frühstück konnte dazugebucht werden. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, ideal zum vergessen des Alltagsstress. Am Whirlpool hat man genug Privatsphäre, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. In der Wohnung hat es insgesamt an nichts gefehlt, alles war Bestens! Sie ist wunderschön Ausgestattet und hergerichtet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Annika & Manfred aus Bayern.

sehr spezielle Unterkunft um besten Sinne - Whirlpool mitten im Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer und ein südseitiger Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick. viele kleine süße Details an der Wohnung - perfektes Plätzchen um mal kurz oder länger aus dem Alltag auszusteigen.

Wir waren ein langes Wochenende bei Gerti auf dem Hof. Viel Ruhe und Platz. Sehr schöne Gegend und viele Möglichkeiten Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen.

Umwerfendes Airbnb über den Dächern von Linz. Sauber und top ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern einwandfrei. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben zwei Nächte bei Martin in der Unterkunft verbracht. Eine super Kellerwohnung mit klasse Ausstattung. Die Badewanne ist ein absolutes Träumchen und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gute und detaillierte Beschreibungen von den technischen Geräten und der Unterkunft. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert. Man wurde freundlich empfangen und wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, war jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Die Umgebung war super. Die Suite war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit zwei großen Hunden dort. würden es weiterempfehlen ✌🏻
