Monthly Rentals in Wadinagala

One of a kind experience sleeping in one of the Cabanas/Tree houses - comparing with older places the well-fitted mosquito-net was a welcomed change. The food is a little pricey but worth every penny, the quality is really good and everything is really authentic. The pizza and the breakfast were really delicious. The crew which worked there worked really hard to make it one of the best experiences we had while traveling through Sri Lanka - they fulfilled every wish. One big plus was that you can order everything, anytime through a simple text message - never seen this before! There is not much to do around the resort but that makes it such a good place to wind down and relax. All in all we can recommend this resort and if we were ever to be around Sri Lanka again, this would be one of our top choices.

Great stay at Villawonne! Very easy communication with the host and nice and helpful welcome by the housekeepers. The apartment is well-equiped and comfortable. The rooms are indeed quite cool at night even just with fans and without AC. The open setup has a cool vibe, and even when there are mosquitoes, the net over the beds are well-constructed and effective. We would come back!

Large property in nature by the beach (very beautiful). Tree garden with a large pool. Air conditioning in bedrooms but not in living spaces (fan). Very nice caretaker. There is a kennel with two adorable dogs. Great showers. No cook but a supermarket a few kilometers away as well as surf breaks. The only downside is the smell of the cow enclosure next to the kennel can be unpleasant at certain times of the day.

Everything really worked out in the accommodation. It was very clean, centrally located, private and well furnished. But the best is Krish, who answered all our concerns and questions with his dear and funny manner. Breakfast is highly recommended. There is a choice of 3 dishes from different countries. The only shortcomings are that it smelled a little in the bathroom, the accommodation is noisy and you can't darken the room. Nevertheless, highly recommended!!
