The best views and location! We loved our stay at 12 Brendon Court, amazing views of the sea AND fantastic location! The surf was never far away with Fistral and Towan only a short walk away. For apres surf, coffee cake and town are also super close. The flat has everything you ever need and the wifi is really good! Make sure you book the sauna on Fistral, it’s magical! Best holiday ever, who would have thought, in February in Cornwall!!

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

This was our 2nd stay here. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much . Views are beautiful. Accommodation was excellent. Definitely come again and recommend

My partner, Kevin & I (plus our dog, Jakey) had a fabulous 2 night stay in Little Anvil. This was our first visit to The Lizard Peninsula & this accommodation was in a perfect location to explore all the places we wanted to see. Lori & Tim have made this accommodation SO cosy & welcoming. The decor was really tasteful - vintage / French chic / farmhouse style; the bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows, and the location was really peaceful. We also appreciated the biscuits & milk left for us, plus a vase of fresh Tulips. We also enjoyed using the quality toiletries, which included the Faith In Nature brand which I love. The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maritas place was perfect for our short stay in Porthtowen! It’s a beautiful little place with an amazing view of the sea! We let felt at home straight away! The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep so wouldn’t be ideal for less able bodied people but was fine for us and the place had everything we needed! A well stocked kitchen was really nice to have! We spent many evenings out on the balcony eating or playing games in view of the sea as the sun set, which was really special!

Exemplary apartment, very well equipped. Really close to beaches and walkable into town. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t believe how beautiful the space was! Highly recommend :)

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing midweek stay, thought it was very good value, even out of summer holidays loads to do and open your door and you’re overlooking the beach. Apartment was spotless and even on the rainy days we loved just using the boardgames and enjoying the comfort! Very friendly and helpful hosts, hopefully we can stay again!!

We have just returned from a memorable stay at Tina’s apartment. The location couldn’t be more ideal. Just a stones throw from the beautiful beach and brilliant cafes. We could’ve spend our whole time venturing no further than that! The apartment itself has everything you need, especially as you’ll be spending most of your time outdoors enjoying the gorgeous surroundings.
