The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long; 1 sofa bed (2 m × 2 m), very comfortable as a 3rd bed. In 15 minutes, you can hike through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 meters (1,300 feet) from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . For 4 or more people: wine tasting in our own wine cellar, parking, and Bicycles and e-bikes are available free of charge.

Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Small summer garden cottage with large terrace in the middle of the countryside. Absolutely secluded location on a mountain, between forest and field – in the romantic park-like garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. It is a kind of hotel room by the forest. The special feature is that a gable wall is completely glazed and also allows a view of the countryside from the loft bed. The cottage can only be heated with an oil radiator and can therefore only be booked in the warmer seasons!

Its location at the foot of the forest allows you to experience a peaceful rest and relaxation or an active holiday. Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.
