One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. Velmi blízko je i oblíbená Jablonecká přehrada-využití jak v létě tak v zimě( kolo, in-line, koupání, paddleboard, atd.) Vlaková zastávka cca 3 min. pěšky. V okolí spoustu skvělých míst k vidění a bezva místo pro začátek výletu. Potraviny také velmi blízko. ( 5 min) V zimě nejbližší sjezdovka autem 15 min. Parkování zdarma před domem. Domácí mazlíčci nejsou problém.
