Beautiful cottage on a very large property just a few minutes walk from the sea. A real feel-good oasis from the first minute. Great amenities. Super clean and tidy. Absolute silence. No traffic or other disturbing side noises. Car(s)can/can be parked on the property. The property is complete fenced. Shopping (car necessary) within reach. All in all a grade 1.

Amazing house with many amenities. We loved the quiet of being alone without any neighbors and our dog loved the huge fenced yard. Recommended 10/10 for people with dogs.

Staying at Marina’s Studio exceeded our expectations. It was very lovely and quiet. We will recall with pleasure breakfast and and night tea in the yard. There are amazing beaches in walking distance. Even the famous Voidokilia beach can be reached by sea walk in 45 minutes and Marina provides umbrella for a nice beach rest. She was extremely nice and helpful so we felt like home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but it’s better to buy some products in a bigger city (like Pylos) in advance. There are some shops nearby too but they are a little more expensive and have less options.
